Skip the surgeon and try this homemade powder mixture instead it can clear up cataracts.

Cataracts are a common age-related eye condition in which the normally clear lens inside the eye becomes cloudy. This can gradually cause blurry or hazy vision, difficulty seeing at night, increased sensitivity to bright lights, faded colors, and frequent changes in eyeglass prescriptions.

Although homemade powders and green drinks are often promoted online as natural cataract cures, there is no reliable evidence that a drink or powdered food mixture can dissolve or remove an established cataract. A cataract forms within the eye’s lens, so simply drinking a particular mixture cannot restore the lens to its original clarity.

Powdered green foods can still be nutritious. For example, a small amount of a suitable vegetable powder can be blended into water, milk, or a smoothie as part of a balanced diet. However, it should be viewed as a source of nutrients rather than a treatment for cataracts.

Protecting eye health involves several practical habits. Eating a varied diet containing vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, nuts, and other nutrient-rich foods can support overall health. Wearing sunglasses that provide UV protection and avoiding smoking can also help reduce factors associated with long-term eye damage.

If cataracts are beginning to interfere with reading, driving, recognizing faces, working, or seeing clearly at night, an eye examination is important. An eye specialist can determine how advanced the cataract is and discuss the available treatment options.

For mild cataracts, an updated eyeglass prescription, brighter lighting, and reducing glare may temporarily make everyday activities easier. When a cataract significantly affects vision, cataract surgery is the established treatment. During the procedure, the cloudy natural lens is removed and replaced with an artificial intraocular lens.

It is especially important not to put homemade powders, juices, baking soda, herbal mixtures, or other substances directly into the eyes. Such products can cause irritation, infection, or injury to the delicate surface of the eye.

A healthy diet can support general and eye health, but it cannot be used as a substitute for cataract treatment. If cloudy vision is developing, the safest approach is to have the eyes examined and discuss the appropriate treatment with an eye-care professional rather than delaying care in favor of an unproven homemade remedy.
